Third of Life is committed to sustainable online shopping. Shipping and returns cause CO2 emissions. There can be various reasons for returning a product. And sometimes, the new pillow and blanket just don’t match. We therefore appeal to you to only order what you really need. This way, you contribute to conscious consumption.

You can return your order to us up to 90 days after receiving the goods.

Please note, we charge a service fee for returned orders. Use the link (below) to access your returns portal and get your return label.

You benefit from more favorable conditions compared to returning at your own expense. 

Costs: 

Germany

For processing returns from Germany, we charge a partial fee of 5 EUR. We will charge this amount directly to your original payment method.

Austria

For each processing of returns from Austria, we charge a partial fee of 10 EUR.
