Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions

Shipping is only possible nationally (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic shipping (Germany):

We calculate shipping costs with a flat rate of €4.95 per order.

From an order value of €100.00, we deliver free of shipping charges.

Deliveries abroad:

Shipping costs for abroad are calculated as a flat rate as follows:

Austria: €9.95
Netherlands: €9.95
Belgium: €9.95
France: €9.95
Italy: €9.95
Switzerland: 14.95

Delivery terms

Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, shipment of the goods takes place nationally (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, internationally within 2 - 6 days after the contract is concluded (if advance payment has been agreed after your payment mandate).
Please note that notifications are not sent on holidays and Sundays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed with you. The delivery times in this case correspond to those of the item with the longest delivery time.
