Right of Withdrawal for the Consumer

(A "consumer" is understood to be any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed either to their commercial activity or to their individual professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is one month starting from the day

• on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;
• on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the last good, provided that you ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Third of Life GmbH, Aaröstr. 24, 81929 Munich, phone number: +49 (0)89/ 44 35 55 04, fax number: +49 (0)89 / 80 03 57 87, email address: service@third-of-life.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract, at our address  or at Third of Life GmbH, Salzstraße 8, 85622 Feldkirchen. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

We will bear the costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions and Terminations

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• related to the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which the manufacture depends on an individual selection or specification by the consumer, or that have been clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
• related to the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date could be exceeded quickly;
• related to the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of the contract conclusion but which cannot be delivered before 30 days after the contract date and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the entrepreneur’s control;
• related to the supply of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated magazines, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal will expire prematurely in the case of contracts:

• related to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• related to the supply of goods which, by their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
• related to the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
